Welcome to the 420 Highway - An Online Road Map for California Medical Marijuana / Medical Cannabis Patients
WELCOME TO THE 420 HIGHWAY
MMJ Patients' Online Road Map for Medical Marijuana
Medical Marijuana / Medical Cannabis was authorized as medication by the voters of the State of California in 1996 by Proposition 215, also known as the Compassionate Use Act of 1996.  Further guidelines were adopted by the State Senate under Senate Bill 420, (SB420).  These were both codified in the California Health and Safety Code under sections 11362.5 and those sections immediately following it.

Since the implementation of SB420 the State of California has seen an explosion in the number of primary caregiver clinics that provide medical marijuana and medical cannabis to recommended patients/residents.  The DEA and Federal Government, unfortunately, do not recognize California's autonomy and authority to assume responsibility for the health and general welfare of its residents under the 10th Amendment of the Constitution.  5,000 years of research and use can't be wrong and the voters knew it.

We've developed this site to ensure valid patients are given their rights of safe and easy access to their medication.  On this site you can find a physician who supports and, if you qualify, legally recommend the use of medical marijuana and medical cannabis.  Once you have seen a physician, you can return here to find a local dispensary that can provide you high-quality medication from the sacred plant that will someday heal the Earth.
